It is because of this that we have come up a Privacy Policy that is easy for you to read through and understand and come up with an informed decision when using our services. You share information with us so it is up to us to let you know what exactly we collect, how we use it, how it is shared and what control you have over the information.

Information we collect.

1. Personal Information

Most of the services we offer you, the user, require you to open an account for you to be granted access. It is because of this that we collect important information about you. This includes, your name, email address, password, username and date of birth. You may also provide us with additional information, like a profile picture.

You also provide us with information on the content you post, upload, submit or share on or through our services. Whatever information is on your public profile or the chats between you and other users will be automatically collected and stored by us. The information on your public profile may be seen by other users too.

2. Usage Information

When using our services we collect information of how you use and interact with our services in order for us to be able to understand you, the user. The information includes:

1. Content information: when posting or uploading content on our services we may collect the date and time of the post or upload. We may also collect additional information you may offer about the post let’s say a caption you may add. Content you may collect of other users’ looks will also be collected.
2. Trade data: for every interaction with our services, such as access times, the closets you visited, the “tradables” you enquired about, the number of times you enquired about “tradables” and all the actions you took while using our services will be collected by us. We may collect information about the users you trade with and what you trade for.
3. User interactions: Details of how you use our services will be collected, including but not limited to communications with other users on the service, like the number of messages, the timestamps of said messages and your all in all interactions with said users. People you are a fan of and those who are fans of you will also be collected by us.
4. Camera: we may need to access and collect images taken by you, the user, using you device’s camera whenever you want to upload photos.
5. Location information: when using our services we may require your permission to collect information on your location when uploading content and we may even collect it upon the swapping of “tradables”.

How we use your information.

All the information that we collect is for the betterment of your interaction with our services. We try to provide you with a seamless and satisfying user experience when using our services and all this is possible cause of you and the information you provide us with. Here is how we use your information to achieve this:

1. Provide, develop and improve our features and services.
2. Authenticate the content you provide us with making sure you are the owner of said content and that you are in possession of said content.
3. Verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access of your account or any illegal activities.
4. Ensure the safety and security of our users especially during swapping of “tradables”. We also want to enhance the security and safety of our services.
5. To prevent fraudulent and questionable actions by users on our services that may result in a breach of our Term of Service.
6. Investigate, enforce and report on conduct that violates our Terms of Service agreement and even comply with law enforcement and the legal requirements.
7. Communicate with you, using mostly your email, to support inquiries you may have made or share updates and information about our services and products that we think may interest you.
8. Monitor and analyze you interactions with our services and how you use said services.
9. We use the information you provide us with to do research on you, our user, to better understand you and the ways you use our services. This helps us develop products that will cater for your needs and interests while at the same time providing a unique user experience.

How we share your information.

We mostly share information with other users on our services but may at times share it with third parties who may not necessarily be direct users of our services. It is in these cases that we may, with your permission of course, share your information with others:

1. With other users: we may share information about you, such as username and profile picture. The number of fans you have may also be shared with other users. We may also share the content you post or send to others on or through our services.
2. With the general public: public information like your username, profile pictures and public profile. Some content may also be available to view by the public.
3. With our service providers: we may share your information with our service providers who provide services on our behalf, such as hosting services.
4. For legal, safety and security: in cases where the rights and safety of us, our users or others is in question we may have to share your information for your own safety and ours. We may disclose your information when we detect fraud or any security concerns. In order to comply with the law or for legal reasons we may be required to share your information.

Control over your information.

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, modify or restrict the processing of the information you provided us with regarding your account. You can update your information in your account settings. Once you have deleted your account the information we collected will be deleted as well but remember public content can exist elsewhere even after you have deleted it from cladi.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other legal or operational reasons. If we do make changes we surely notify you by posting it on this page or providing you with the opportunity to review the changes before continuing to use our services.
